Weekend Adventures

The girls and I discovered a really cool park on Saturday. We'll definitely go back when it's not as busy. Lots of slides, rope course and grassy areas for picnics. Then today we all went to Castle Rock State Park and did a hike. The girls managed to climb a few miles! We definitely didn't take the easiest path, but they were troopers (we didn't spot any other kids along the way). We didn't hear any complaints until the very end. Our hike through "nature hood" (as Maggie kept calling it) was pretty intense, but we saw some neat stuff and had a good time outdoors!
