We hosted the offensive line dinner at our house last night. It was the first opportunity the girls have had to wear their NAU outfits. They were excited to have all the big guys over "stinking up our house" as Hadley would say. We barely had enough food with over 5lbs of hamburger, 24 hot dogs, 2 party size bags of chips, a watermelon, insane amounts of pasta salad and two desserts! And there are only 7 players!
Then, after swim class this morning, I took the girls to a nearby pond and they had fun feeding the ducks some of the leftover buns. After that we went to an Teddy Bear Picnic put on by the library. The girls brought Baby and Lambie and we had our lunch in the grass while someone read them a story. There was also an oversized bear walking around and they had fun little games for the kids. It was a nice day and the girls had a good time.
Swim lessons are going really well. Both girls love the water so it's no surprise they're having a blast. The pool is indoors, but the water is still FREEZING but event that doesn't stop them!
